At H Robotics Inc®, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Follow the steps below for a full, no-hassle, refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund so that we can better assist you with the refund as quickly as possible.
We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
1. Please contact info@rebless.com to request for your return.
2. You will receive an instant reply (within 48 hours) with a link to your domestic returns label.
3. Pack the products you would like to return, attach your returns label & post!
4. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
5. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once received, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
